Hint one: if you know when rockhopper is coming start watching the servers and find out less populated servers.

Hint two: when rockhopper is around look for large horeds of dancing penguins rockhopper could be amongst them

Hint three: Search relentlassly

Hint four: Start buy searching the pizza parlor, ice berg , his ship, and the snow forts. Then search every where else. when he is not there change server.
